This page summarizes the current Fit Check documentation highlights for merchants working with the latest theme version.
Fit Check Carousel
- The Fit Check Carousel now has dedicated setup documentation under Sections.
- The carousel documentation covers media blocks, product links, layout, spacing, and navigation behavior.
Search and Discovery
- The search icon can open the search drawer or send customers directly to the search page.
- The
/searchpage can use Search chat or Product grid mode. - The search drawer always keeps the chat-style predictive search experience.
- Product grid mode supports the expected merchandising controls for filtering, sorting, card layout, and results display.
Product and Buying Flows
- Product pages support full-screen or custom-height media sections.
- Desktop product overlays have expanded layout and styling controls.
- Variant pickers, swatches, selling plans, pickup availability, and product media stay synchronized as customers change options.
- Quick add supports variant selection in the modal and inline product-card quick-add controls where enabled.
Cart and Checkout
- Merchants can choose cart page or cart drawer behavior from global cart settings.
- Cart drawer settings cover the core layout, content, discount, installment, and add-to-cart behavior.
- Discount-code entry and removal are supported in cart surfaces when enabled.
Announcements and Header
- Announcement bars support manual navigation or autoplay.
- Header, search, cart, menu, localization, and account surfaces share the global drawer and backdrop styling controls.
- Island announcements can follow the header or disappear on scroll and can include a dismiss button.
Recommendations
- Product recommendations and complementary products use Shopify’s recommendation APIs.
- Recommendation carousels inherit the same product-card block system used elsewhere in the theme, including optional quick add and swatches.

- The support form sends a confirmation email after a request is received. If the form is unavailable, merchants can contact support directly at david@aestheticecom.com.
